We’ve wanted a spa for a long time. So glad we bought it from Hot Springs Spa. Paul was extremely helpful in showing us all the different models and types of jets as well as explaining all the features including the filtration system. We love that we are not using chlorine. Cheryl was very helpful in placing our order even though it was her 1st week there. Well it took several weeks for our spa to arrive everyone involved from the electrician recommended by Paul as well as the delivery and set up company everything went smoothly. We are really enjoying our Sovereign Spa! We use it multiple times a day. A great investment in our well being!!
